The site went down for a couple days because I forgot to renew the domain name. I was thinking of abandoning the name because almost no one uses the site but Bjorn I. convinced me it was worth keeping. I feel that with the increased usage of Facebook over the years that our niche site for a class of high school peers isn't worth much. However, I guess it's here to stay for at least another year. If you feel that there are things I could be doing to better leverage the site then email me. You can find my email address under the "Contact" page.
In regards to the ten year reunion, I didn't go and haven't received any information about who and how many people went. If anyone has photos or other proof that it occured then send it to me and I will post it here. I think reunions are a neat idea, but people have said they feel they have lost their luster in our age of constant interconnectedness. I can see their point, if I want to chat with someone from my past it's pretty easy to find them online in an hour. On the other hand, it's kind of neat to have a party with time capsuled friends.

Many people are asking about the 10 year reuinion for our class. I can say that I have heard from someone that they are planning it in earnest and that there should be details soon. I will post information here whenever I am given official plans. Thanks!

Hello again. I have made a few changes to the site so that you can change your password. If you have forgotten your username or password then email me at the address on the contact page. I can't do an automated "Forgotten Password" service because many alumni don't have an email entered in the system. Now that we have "Change Password" I can issue you a new password if you email me. You can then come back and set it to whatever you like. Cheers.
P.S. I also deleted 48 names from the database because they were duplicates. Let me know if I removed some information that you wanted to keep on the site.

The "View Alumni" page was down for three days, sorry about that. I am testing a system where you can request a new password, that should be up in a couple days. Many people email me asking for their passwords, and I'm too lazy to generate a new one so this will help.

The reunion was a huge success, thanks to everyone who made it out. We checked in about 90 people, so it is safe to say we had at least 100 people show up. I hope everyone had a great time,

REUNION UPDATE!Dear SAHS Class of 2001,
We have organized a 5 year class reunion, for the date August 11th, 2006. The event will be held at the upper level of Brine's in downtown Stillwater, beginning at 8pm. Information about Brine's can be found here: http://www.brines-stillwater.com/rest.html
The cost of attending is $5 per person. You are welcome to bring husbands, wives, and significant others. Children should be left with someone responsible.
We are really excited to get everyone together for a night of fun. Please reply to rummey@black-hole.com if you intend on coming, and please include the number of people who are RSVPing.

I have been getting lots of questions about the reunion. Here is what I know, and what this group is planning. I created a Yahoo Group for everyone who said they were willing to volunteer to plan the reunion. We have had some discussion and are currently trying to hammer out where we want the reunion to be. I don't want to say anything until this small group is in full agreement because I don't want people to spread information until it is finalized. Either way, we plan on having the reunion on
July 29th. You can tell everyone you want that they should plan to be open on
July 29th. Thanks for everyone who filled out the survey, the results were approximately 100 people who said they would attend, and one person who said he definately would not attend. Stay tuned!

I have recieved approximately 100 survey responses with a very high "I want a reuinion" indication. I will post more details soon on the survey responses.

IMPORTANT UPDATE!I have created a
survey for 2001 graduates to fill out indicating their general interest in a 5 year reuinion. It would be held sometime in the late spring or early summer of 2006. I know it is early, but we have a ton of alumni and its never too early to plan!
